Moderation - Moderation & Time
It is important to realise and remember that the moderated worlds have events that take place all the time, and the repercussions of these events can be manifold.
The longer an action takes in moderation the more likely that things will have changed in the game and thus could result in actions having very different results. If you take a break from the game some things might have changed, but some things may be very similar.
The Quest Liaison could class special Quests that are more than a few months old as failures.
If you try to follow-up on some details several months after they were received things are likely to not be straightforward or successful.
