Settlement Bans - What Does A Ban Mean To A Party?
If a party that is banned attempts to enter a specific settlement it is banned from, by any method, they will be placed one sector outside of the settlement immediately; leaving the party open to attack.
If a party is in the settlement when it is banned, then they will be kicked out during their next turn. If a party has been banned from a settlement but the party is still in the settlement after the ban it means the player has not issued any orders for the party yet.
