Settlement Bans - Actions On The Outskirts Of A Settlement
This could be useful if a party wants to interact with a settlement's defences such as issuing a SA to investigate the fortifications or a party could use a PS: Super Blast to try and blow the main gates up, and so on. For this type of action the details are the same as for the normal action, i.e. a SA is not required like it is when a party tries to sneak in to a settlement.
